Leaders Of City Economic Development Will Be Honored

Solemn ceremony of honoring of economic development leaders will take place on April, 2 this year.
Ceremony is aimed at propagation of progressive experience of effective productive implementation and management, new technologies and advanced ideas, attraction of investments, increase in competitiveness of products and services of local manufacturers, shaping of positive images about enterprises, allocation of new possibilities to businessmen, making contacts and partnership relations and consolidation of efforts of public, enterprising and state organizations in order to fulfill positive changes in Chernivtsi. Winners will be chosen by the special committee complemented with deputies and representatives of the executive branch of the City Council, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the National Bank of Ukraine in Chernivtsi region, the State Tax Inspectorate in Chernivtsi, business and public organizations.
This year winners are selected and rewarded in the following nominations:
• “Investment of the year”;
• “Successful industrial enterprise of the year”;
• “Local brand of the year”;
• “The best housing and communal services enterprise of the year”;
• “Building company of the year”;
• “The best employer of the year”;
• “European quality of the year”;
• “The best enterprise in tourist sector”;
• “The best institution in service sector”.
This year the following indexes are determined among common criteria of enterprises functioning assessment for all the participants:
• Positive dynamics of the amounts of production;
• Profitability of the operations;
• Absence of liabilities to the budget, breaches of finance discipline, arrears of wages;
• Social activity.
Committee establishes specific criteria of enterprises functioning assessment for every nomination.
