The Entrepreneurs of Chernivtsi Who Had Adhered to the Quarantine, Were Exempted from Market Dues
The entrepreneurs who carry out trade and provide services on the markets and micro-markets of Chernivtsi closed for two weeks from October, 30 till November, 14 because of the quarantine, were exempted from market dues to the amount of 100%. This decision was unanimously adopted on the session of the City Council on November, 26.
Legal and natural persons – entrepreneurs who carry out trade (provide services) on nonfood, including flower, markets and micro-markets of Chernivtsi were exempted from market dues to the amount of 100% from October, 30 till November, 14.
These exemptions don’t extend to the entrepreneurs who carried out trade of nonfood goods or provided services that infringe upon the decision of the city extraordinary anti-epidemic commission concerning introduction of quarantine.
Quantitative and personal contingent of the entrepreneurs who will be exempted from market dues will be approved by administration of the market, signed by the head and chief accountant and coordinated with the Department of Economics of the City Council.
Session of the City Council also recommended the administrators of markets and micro-markets not to recover fees for services of maintenance of the trade points in due condition of the entrepreneurs, both legal and natural persons, who had concluded agreements about allotment of the trade points.
City Mayor Mykola Fedoruk announced that due to exempting entrepreneurs from market dues the city budget will not receive UAH 750 thousand.
