City Budget Received more than UAH 40 Million for the Land

In Chernivtsi for the nine months of this year city budget revenue for the land made up UAH 41 million, which is 13% more than planned. The City budget received UAH 23.4 million for the lease of land, i.e. 19% more than planned and twice as much as the previous year. It was announced by Iryna Fedorak – head of the division of lease of land of the department of the city planning complex and land relations of the City Council. As of October, 1 of this year, 4.5 thousand of lease of land contracts with total area of 808.0 hectares are valid in Chernivtsi. 559 of them were worked out during 9 months of this year. When entering into the land-lease contracts, one-time extra fees on the development of the social and cultural infrastructure of Chernivtsi for the amount of UAH 2 million 29.5 thousand (with the payout period from 1 to 12 months) were set down. UAH 707.3 thousand are already paid off. According to the new normative evaluations, 1036 land-lease contracts have already been worked out. Besides, 2360 additional contracts about conversion of the annual rental payment were concluded. Aiming at supporting of the land leasers during the period of the finance and economical crisis, 580 conversions of the annual rental payment to the land-lease contracts were carried out under the corrective coefficient 0.8.
